We had a wonderful visit close to the TD Garden, North End (can you say cannoli's) and the Snowport, all of the attractions we went to before Christmas. The room was perfect! Clean, big shower, bathrobes! and in room coffee was exceptional! We will be back.

This was our second stay. In all honestly, there were some major disappointments about our first, including being overcharged, which led to a frustrating dispute where they refused to acknowledge the error; Expedia eventually refunded us. I only booked this second stay because the property is extremely convenient to where we needed to be. I kept an eagle eye out this time, and all of those disappointments were reversed. Comfortable stay, great service, accurate billing. We’ll be back.

Air freshener hell. The lobby was like a perfume store. Overwhelming. The hallways and rooms were more subtle, but still perfumed. “Intoxicating scent,” one blog called it. I’d just call it toxic. It made me really ill. Don’t go there (or to any Canopy apparently) if fragrance is a problem for you. The room was convenient and pretty. The bed frame stuck out, however, and I have two bruises and a cut to show for it. Along with poor sleep from the fragrance. Won’t return.

The room was very disappointing. I paid for a premium room and was given the wrong room twice. Since I got in at ~2am I just stayed in the second room. Overall the property looks nice but is nowhere near worth the value for the price of the room

Great hotel, love the lobby and bar/restaurant on the second floor. Room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to so many things. There was a little farmers market right outside the day we arrived. Bed was comfy.
