The Living Room includes 2 (two) sofa bed, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. Parking is available at either --same building underground or in a near by parking lot. Please budget for parking and contact us if you need to reserve one.

Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom --Unless agreed with us before checking in. (We may accept additional guests for an extra fee), violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions.
-Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
-All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
