Loved this property! Only negative part was the actual bed. Very hard in the middle of the night to use bathroom when you have to jump over your partner to get out of the bed. Otherwise very clean!!

Great stay in the Back Bay area

Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay. Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there. Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well. Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future.

Great location but no parking

We loved the location to Fenway Park. The bed is extremely comfortable, but it’s up against the window so getting in and out can be a challenge. We’re both small people so I wish I thought of sleeping across the bed instead of up and down it would’ve made getting up during the night more convenient. The room was very small, making movement quite difficult more like a small cruise ship room but it has a nice vibe and would definitely stay again

Hip Hotel!

Great hotel! It’s a hip and trendy place. The room itself was efficient, clean, comfortable and without unnecessary frills. I really liked the blackout curtain! Was in town for Red Sox games and stayed for one night. It was convenient location to Fenway Park as well as plenty of shops and restaurants.

Nice new property. Small clean modern rooms. Best for one person traveling for a short period of time. The umbrella has a check in and out. I checked it in but the employee never noted it even after asking for my room number. If I didn’t catch it I would have been charged for a $20 umbrella that I gave back. The check in computers didn’t check in smoothly.

Very good location for a Red Sox game, close to Fenway and transportation and food options. Area is very safe, clean and well kept. The room was very small and the bed was pushed up against the wall making it hard to get in.
