The room is in a two floor duplex condo. Two bed rooms, one bath at lower floor, and two bed rooms one bath at upper floor. Laundry on site. Central AC, Central heat. Very nice layout, hardwood floor through, comfortable and safe. It's the biggest room at the upper level.
The apt is located at central location near West Broadway in Southie, 10 minutes walk to redline T broadway station(a few stops to MGH, Harvard, MIT and Alewife etc); and 3 minutes to No.9 bus station; 5 min. walk to grocery store; 10 min. to Conventional Center;Walking 10 min. to beach; Walking about 20 min. to Boston Harbor, Downtown, Seaport, China town etc.
There are tremendous restaurants, pubs and stores nearby. It is also convenient (taking T etc) to go to south station, airport, MGH etc.
