Great Stay!

Very pleased by this Courtyard in all respects. Perfect place to stay when going to different parts of the Boston Metro area; easy access to all the major highways, yet situated in a quiet area with little traffic. Lots of dining options within a couple miles, but the restaurant at the hotel served up a tasty burger & fries for a reasonable price. Will stay again when working in the area~

The hotel is down a small dark rode, at the very end. There is a sign in the main road, but can be easier missed. The hotel parking lot is not well lit, and if you arrive late, you might need to park in the back. There is a restaurant and Starbucks onsite, otherwise need to go into town to eat. The rooms were average...nothing extraordinary. Maid service is available, but if you want daily, must ask. The hotel was clean and staffed 24 hours at front desk. Beds were fine, pillows were soft. My son had sofa bed, it was firm. The showers were nice size, but water pressure was ok. The hot water at times fluctuated in temp. Overall the hotel is a place I could see myself staying again...but wish there was more closer to eat or do.

My husband and I had a decent experience at this location. However, we did have some issues with our top linen having a stain and hair imbedded in our makeup towel. Our room also had an unpleasant scent which we resolved by purchasing a plug in. We also had our vehicle damaged in the parking lot by another guest’s vehicle. There are no cameras in the parking lot at the front, so we were unable to identify who the individual was. Another guest also experienced the same issue with their vehicle being damaged in the parking lot. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, so we had to purchase additional pillows to help have a better sleeping experience. The receptionists were all very friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the pool and the upgrades to the room. These additions allowed us to enjoy our stay despite some of the unpleasantries.

I made a reservation through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had not been made, the employee did not present any solution so that I would not stay on the street, she did not offer me a room, not for free but I wanted to pay and even so they said no. And now I have to wait 15 days for the refund and spend the night on the street with my wife who will pay me?
