Private 1200 sq/ft 4Bed, memory foam mattress, fast streaming latest tech TV 65" with a 1,000Mb speed (no cable TV), kitchen is carefully stocked with everything you may need. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Parking included. Short walk to Moody St and amazing restaurants. Very close to Brandeis & Bentley.

FIRST FLOOR:

One bedroom features a queen size bed, and the second bedroom features a queen size bed and one twin size bed. New mattresses, bed sheets, towels, comfortable pillows and extra blankets available. Every bedroom has mirror and luggage rack for your comfort. Additionally the main living area with cozy sofas, kitchen and the full bathroom are on this level.

UPSTAIRS:

One bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom features a queen size bed, one twin size bed, and one trundle twin size bed. New mattresses, bed sheets, towels, comfortable pillows and extra blankets available. Mirrors, closets and luggage racks available for your comfort.

KITCHEN:

Our kitchen has everything you need for your stay in the Watch City. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, electric water kettle, toaster, utensils, plates and all of the other kitchen essentials to make your stay a pleasant one. Kitchen table that seats 6. Extra 2 chairs are available inside the hallway closet.

• Be mindful of our neighbors during your visit. Our. property’s quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We value our community and it is important for us to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.

• No smoking - In case of any evidence of smoking in the house, a fee of $500 will be charged.

• No parties or events allowed - In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages.

• Early check in/late check out: if possible, we would be happy to accommodate you. Let us know :)
