All guests must be registered before check-in, matching the reservation.

This is for safety. Unregistered guests may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

2. Extra Guests

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed.
Extra guest fee: $30 per guest per night after the 4th guest.

Adding unapproved guests may result in extra fees or cancellation.

3. Unauthorized Visitors & Illegal Activity

No visitors or illegal activity is allowed.

Guests must ask host for approval before inviting any visitors.

Violations will lead to immediate cancellation without refund .

4. No Parties, Disturbances, or Excessive Noise

No parties, events, or loud behavior. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM .

Noise complaints, property damage, or police involvement may lead to cancellation or extra fees.

5. Smoking Policy

No smoking inside the property.
Outdoor smoking allowed only if designated.

Indoor smoking may result in extra cleaning fees or cancellation .

6. Cleaning & Property Care

Leave the home in reasonable condition.
Excessive mess, stains, odors, or pet hair on beds, pillows, blankets, or mattresses may incur additional cleaning fees.

Respect the property and the work of our cleaning team. Failure to do so may result in extra charges .

7. Pets

Pets allowed with rules:

Fee: $40 per pet per night

No pets on beds/furniture

Clean up waste and sweep hair

Violations may result in extra fees or cancellation.

8. Security & Monitoring

Exterior cameras and NoiseAware monitor safety and compliance.

Tampering or disabling monitoring devices will lead to immediate cancellation .

9. Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents or loss of belongings .
