Massa-choose-this as a travel base

Modern, clean and comfortable. Helpful desk staff who were able to check us in early. Close to the commuter rail station and the bus / road links to the airport. About 15 mins to downtown and to the airport. Parking at the hotel is a bit expensive. Breakfast is ok with cereals, omelettes, and waffles at weekends. All cups and cutlery is disposable, so not super environmentally friendly. No complaints at this hotel.

Had a nice few days in Boston. Hotel was clean and nice. Up to my standards. Went to Boston for my 75th birthday. Had a nice time. Dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Boston. The restaurant gets a ten. I had a wonderful time.

BE AWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Parking is an extra ... not included in the original price... You have to pay $30 per night... & no valet...i would expect free parking or valet for the price & this type of hotel...Also room service is not offered daily...we only got 1 day of room service for a 4 days stay... Unfortunately we were there with our 2 boys under 5 and one of them had poured some chocolate milk on the king bed ... so for vacuuming, new towels or new bed sheets we had to wait until the day the room service was scheduled...very disappointing‼️ We tried calling the front desk for a light vacuuming, fresh towels and new bed sheets... we were assured that someone would service our room while we were out, however the room was in the same state as we left it when we came back... conclusion we had to sleep in chocolate milk soiled sheets and go to the front desk @3 am for fresh towels...we had 2 wait 15 mins whilst carrying our 2 kids in our arms @ the front desk for them to figure out where to get fresh towels @ that time of the night since the service crew doesn't work overnight... i would have appreciated for someone to take the initiative to figure it out and bring it to my room themselves... instead of making us wait those 15-20mins @ the frontdesk... however since that was too much to ask... i had to carry the towels back to my room myself... this hotel and staff is in the hospitality field... they nonetheless regrettably, undoubtedly fail, when it comes to hospitality‼️
