We found that the space was very limited, it was difficult for the 6 of us. Internet service was off and on, and it was difficult to make cell calls with the poor connectivity.

I book for suits with king bad, but they let me sleep in small room with full sized bed, and no air circulation, what making it fanny is the excuse "computer system" do that and they can't fixed it.

The front desk could have used more help at times. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Nice Loki g hotel; loved the outdoor pool and courtyard. Hated the smoking at the front entrance as I came in and saddened to hat loud talking from my window at 4am - group of me talking loudly outside front entrance for about 5 minutes +

Great hotel!

This hotel is great! I'm not sure if all the rooms have kitchenettes, but ours did even tho I didn't purposefully book that. It was nice to have! The rooms could do with a bit of bug treatment...spiders in the corners...but other than that it was very clean and updated! We had a room directly across from the cleaning station so it was a bit noisy all night. Not so bad I wouldn't stay here again, but I would definitely request a different room next time

The only complaint is the bathroom in room was a bad design. You had to go in hover over toilet to close door then do what you got to the door actually hits shower it was all gouged where it hits base of shower moulding. And sink in bed room not in bathroom if they had included sink and closet in bathroom there would have been no complaints and no questions but build and design wise I'm not sure who oked that. It's just dumb. It would have been less material, faster, made more appeal and sense. Huge shower beds company nice to have kitchen and couch and bed. Would stay here again in heart beat. Nice light blocking shades and black out shades too. Good breakfast great staff very helpful and kind.

We were staying for longer period of time at hotel and expected that we will have cleaning service provided all time. In 10 days they showed up only one time. We had to go to reception and asked for help with cleaning, supplies and towels… other than that everyone very nice and friendly. I was expecting more from Hyatt brand.
