Hotel falsely advertising queen bed when I got a full bed.. insisted it was queen despite having proof it was not. Refused refund and because no other rooms were available my partner and I couldn't fit on the bed . He is handicapped and I am pregnant so I had to sleep on the floor since no room. Expedia also refused to assist with a refund.

What a great find!! The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is spotless. The pool was clean. The food was good. I will stay here whenever I'm in the area. I was really impressed.

They need more employees in the dining area. When I went to have dinner the lady was working the bar, taking orders and cooking. It was so slow. She didn't have that exciting attitude that you should have towards customers wasn't such a great experience

Just outside Boston- we had a spacious suite with king and a sofa bed . Property was in very good condition. Free parking - lots of space. Nice looking pool very good included buffet breakfast.

The super friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and even recommended things to do with our 2 young kids. Thankfully the EV chargers, while slow, are working and conveniently located right outside the front door.
