Room was very clean, very nice, We went to the bar after checking in for food and a cocktail. The bartender was nice but extremely slow We ordered food and on way out of kitchen door dropped 1/2 my sandwich. French fries were hardly cooked and stone cold. I asked for mayonnaise instead of honey mustard, there was no mayonnaise in stock, spouses chicken was ok but his fries were also stone cold. Ordered a burger to go for daughter and asked for toppings on the side, nope, everything on the burger, fries lukewarm, finally asked for 3rd time if I was going to get my other half of sandwich, husband stayed to pay, took burger up while still warm, he brought 1/2 sandwich up, stone cold, chicken on it was spongey and dried out. And it went in the wastebasket. Our total bill was 120 bucks as we had 3 drinks at 16 bucks a 6 oz. Drink. I'd stay at hotel again, but won't waste money or time on that bar/restaurant.

We arrived at our room with the previous ovcupant's garbage still there in the bathroom. Diaper and tissues with poop on it, SO GROSS. At breakfast I have observed the staff not changing her gloves, cleaning up tables and arranging used utensils then holding and arranging food afterwards. I can't imagine how much uncleanliness they do behind close doors. I almost want to puke.

Cold Water

Cold weather = cold shower. Very disappointed to have very little warm water in my room. Wanted to warm up in a shower to combat the cold, and ended up doing a cold plunge challenge. Hyatt should have lots of hot water for the prices they charge

Our over all stay was good. The heater/ac was very loud, and rumbles. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary. Breakfast wasn’t great. Bathroom is small
