Sheets dirty, looked like dried blood on the white sheets. Had housekeeping replace. Outdated, water leaking out of shower at floor with black mold. Gliding shower door would open by self while showering and would not stay closed. Staff had no clue what hand soap was when asked, did not speak or understand English. Way overpriced for what it was. Would never return.
Outside shower corner which was leaking water. Moldings taped together.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and very friendly parking clerk. Very friendly breakfast crew. Breakfast was okay… wish they had warm oatmeal and grits. They need to change the bathroom door. None of us liked the idea of the sliding door you couldn’t lock. It didn’t feel like you had any sort of privacy. I won’t stay there again just for this reason. If I knew I wouldn’t have booked the stay.

The location is excellent for walking to see everything. The staff is amazing, but the room itself had issues. First, the mattress had a large brown stain on it and it was not comfortable. The worst was the air conditioning unit, which maintenance tried to fix. Every time it kicked on it sounded like an aircraft taking off - loud and high pitched tones.

The breakfast sausage was excellent with the little omelets. Did not care much for the bacon and potatoes had no flavor. But overall we love the waffles and bagels. Love the fact that at the front we had access to coffee, tea all day and we could grab utensils, plates and napkins…
