Nice location

We came in for a 2 nights stay in Salem as part of a week trip. The staff was very friendly and the location perfect. Everything was with in walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Clean Hotel bad parking

The hotel was clean and is in downtown Salem. Great location if you’re in the city. Most my issue was they charge you to park then don’t have enough parking spaces on the main level. In order to park on the second level you have to go talk to the valet and wait for them to open the lot up. I had to wait about 10 minutes to park my car.

Exactly what we’ve come to expect from this kind of hotel. Clean, quiet (even though it was filled with sports teams and parents) and had an extensive breakfast sufficient for teenager boys. Nothing fabulous but a decent bed and shower after a long sports tourney.

The rooms were clean. I used the fitness center, and it became clear on my second visit to the center that staff rarely cleans it. Some of the equipment was still left in the same spots and the bench and floors were dirty and had spills and sweat stains. If it wasn't for this, I would have rated everything a 5.

Clean and comfortable, and good value. The pool areas could stand to be a bit more lit, but that's a minor quibble. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Clean. Safety with room key required for elevator and room access. Rooms are extremely clean. There were no weird smells and it was very well sound buffered, except for the highway, which of course makes sense. Very nice lovely open foyer/lounge with floor to ceiling windows.

Convenient location, paid parking ($27/night) onsite, clean room, good condition, friendly staff, lots of restaurants nearby, safe area. Typical hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and lots of sugary things. We stayed two nights and ate the breakfast once then went out the second day. NOTE - there is a country western bar in the same building and our 3rd floor room was directly overhead. We could hear the band while going to sleep. This was a Saturday night. Be sure to get a room on a higher floor on the opposite end of the building if you want some quiet time. Very expensive. You’ll pay less in Peabody, the next town over.
