We were looking for convenience on this short trip with family, and the Hampton Inn - Chelsea did not disappoint. If the property only underwent renovations, it looks and feels brand new! I appreciated the modern flare of the hotel. The rooms even have decor that speak to the Chelsea community - area maps in the artwork and fabricated headboards encompassing a famous Boston bridge. It’s definitely in the details here. And yes, the property was extremely clean which will always get an A from me. The complimentary breakfast and the airport shuttle are a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a decent price

We got there late at night after being picked up by their airport shuttle, the lobby, community area was lively and the front desk asked if we wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room. After a long day of travel, I didn't want the noise but I asked about the first floor and he assured me we wouldn't hear anything. We got to our room and he was right, not a thing. Great sleep, clean and spacious room, everything was great. Got up in the morning, had a great breakfast and then got back on their shuttle and they took us back to the airport. Overall, this place was absolutely wonderful and we will certainly be back.

I would never choose to stay here again, it did the job, but the rooms were only adequate, no restaurant inside or onsite…the Mexican restaurant right across the street was excellent however! The airport shuttle only runs on the hour, so it was not convenient at all, I needed a 445 am shuttle, and didn’t want to leave an additional 45 minutes early at 4am, and the 5am was just not going to get us there with adequate time so I had to uber…. Nice coffee bar, that’s about it. If everywhere else is sold out, then this works, but I wouldn’t choose it!

The building seemed very new, and the room was spanking clean with beautiful fixtures in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable!

The airport shuttle system does not work. Customers are supposed to get a text message telling them to call the hotel to request a shuttle. However, Hampton Inn was unable to text my European phone number. So I waited an hour in the rain with my toddler before paying for a taxi. Why not include shuttle directions when a customer makes their reservation?
