My stay at Hampton Inn Logan Airport Chelsea was a great experience, the staffs, especially ladies at the front desk, are very friendly and provided efficient high-quality service, the room is also very clean. Although the location is not close to Boston downtown, the airport shuttle service is greatly appreciated. What made the experience truly memorable was our shuttle driver-Elmer's professional and friendly demeanor, so I'd like to give a special recognition to him. Elmer not only made the drive to and from hotel smooth and safe, but also extremely joyful. He is so knowledgeable about Boston and Chelsea, during the ride, he patiently answered all my questions and gave me lots of very helpful tips about how to tour around local area. Good job Elmer!

The computers were down when I arrived for my late night check in. The front desk staff were so nice and apologetic that I didn’t even care about the long wait. Very clean, very comfy bed, and easy shuttle to Logan. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
