The bell captain Matthew was outstanding. He went out of his way to help my handicapped husband. The only complaint I have is that the accessible room had no place to put grooming aids in the bathroom.

Comfortable hotel but unfortunate noise

Quick check-in process which is good when arriving late. Room is comfortable. My one gripe is that my room had an adjoining door to another room and meant i could hear my neighbours. They arrived in the early hours of the morning which woke me up. Not great for an airport hotel where i had a limited amount of time to sleep and had to get up early.

The staff was a bit short with me when I checked in. I had questions and was handed a sheet of paper saying it would answer all my questions. There was no one else in line to check in so I wasn't sure why they didn't want to talk to me.
