During our stay on Sunday the 7th of September, 2025 there were 3 evacuation alarms going off throughout the night. One earlier in the night, one at 1:00 AM, and one around 2 Am. After all the guest left the property and the fire department checked things out, all 3 times no explanation was given by the hotel staff. No apologies, no compensation. After that we could not get a goodnight sleep because we were just anticipating the next alarm. We book hotels to get a safe and pleasant nights rest, well this night we did not. To make it even worse, the staff didn’t even bring it up during our checkout. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton where I felt so cheated out of a good stay, but the Boston/Woburn location made me feel like that. Very unprofessional.
