The staff were polite and very helpful. They worked their hardest to please their guests. Everyone I encountered was excellent and asked how they could help and immediately attended to requests. The shuttle and the driver were also great. He was on time and efficient. It was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

Room was spotless. The shuttle to Dana Faber infinitely helpful and welcome. Very much appreciated the air filter, as well as fridge and microwave. Although I didn't use the shampoo/conditioner/lotion, I did appreciate the clean brand. It was an excellent stay. Thank you.

Room was clean. Had a lot of amenities. Nice. And then the heat turned on. So loud & making a strange noise. Called front desk. They sent up the maintenance person who told me every room was like that. Called front desk back. Laticia was amazing. Immediately changed my room to a much larger room with a beautiful city view. She held the door open while I ran back to get my belongings. This room was quieter but still a little loud. I enjoyed my overnight stay. Laticia was the best!!! Thank you!!

I forgot I had stayed here before. Then I remembered the annoying smoke detector light that blinks every 20 seconds in each room when it is pitch black. This time, in addition, the HVA system was extremely loud. This was the second time I couldn’t sleep in this hotel. Location to hospitals and staff great.
