The staff was very responsive to an issue we had with the room. The heat controller battery was dead. I walked down to the desk to let them know we have an issue. They immediately called maintenance. He was actually working in the room before I got back to the room

Room was in good shape. Pool was not open during our stay. Staff was friendly. No restaurant on site. Location could be better as it is on 1 which goes in only one direction either toward Boston or away from which became inconvenient when driving and walking to places nearby.

Got this room for my elderly father and his car was broken into from the parking lot, stolen and then returned damaged. Need more security cameras or be careful where u park!
