The reason i gave 4 stars is breakfast. When we arrived to dining arrea we had no place to sit. They had so many people. They actually had a lot more guests in the breakfast area than available seats. We had to stand up to eat.

The property is accessible and functions as a business hotel. Located close to the city, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed. This made our stay in Boston truly enjoyable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a family emergency and had to check out a day earlier. They immediately agreed to refund the night I did not use and had already paid for.
