Gym was above hotel average. Breakfast was great with a lot of good options. Only issue was our room- the beds weren't great and the pillows undersized for the beds. There was food visibly smashed into one of the purple chairs, but we got in so late we didnt want to go down and change rooms. Kind of made me question everything, but nothing else seemed amiss. Very generously sized room with a living and kitchen area.

The hotel was clean and beautiful inside. The staff were friendly. The only complaint is that we didnt know the pool was broken and we brought kids on a field trip to Boston and they were looking forward to the pool. I dont know if that can be helped, but I wish we knew ahead of time that the pool was out of commission.

Overall not a great stay for us, although probably a good value for families with kids. Biggest complaint was the beds were way too small for a tall couple, our taller son had to almost sleep sideways in his bed. Also pretty noisy, could hear feet pounding above and all noise from the hallway. Staff was very courteous and helpful when needed.
