Hip 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~500sqft one bedroom unit is located on the 3rd floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on our fold out sleeper sofa.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Would have liked an information binder with maps, subway line information, local do’s and don’ts, check out procedures, what to do with trash, etc…Also, spend a couple bucks in the bathroom and put down something in the shower to keep people from killing themselves when they slip. And a shower curtain that’s not the absolute cheapest option. Other than that, the location of the unit is incredible. Right in the heart of the north end, history all around. Had a great time and if we come back to Boston, we will be booking this unit again.

Fantastic spot in the heart of the North End. This was our first trip to Boston and a great spot to explore it from. The place was very clean and organized, everything was easy to find. We didn’t notice noise from any of the neighboring units. The pull out couch was smaller than we expected, so our daughters had to improvise to share it for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again if it was just my husband and me. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway.

Apartment was perfect, safe location for exploring Boston. It suited our needs and the property manager was very responsive. Single window air conditioner unit made the apartment a little toasty in the summer heat, but that will happen.

Great place and location - highly recommend

We loved our stay at the apartment. It is the perfect location in Little Italy. Amazing food a few steps away in every direction. Freedom Trail steps away. We took our Grandson to Boston and it was perfect for 3 people. Bed and futon were comfortable and place had everything you would need.

Clean, comfortable bed. Heating vents on floor all broken and in the way. Not much room to get to bed. Broken arm on little sofa thing. Air conditioner is portable and stuffed in the closet. Used the fan in bedroom.

Perfect touchdown location!

The property is in an adorable neighborhood convenient to everything. It doesn’t have any views of the water or city, but we loved popping down to the street and the excellent gelato shop right there. The property looks exactly like the pictures. We had mom, dad, and adult daughter. She had to walk through our bedroom to get to the bathroom, so this property only works for travelers comfortable sharing very close spaces. The futon worked fine for her but we couldn’t get it to unfold so it looked like it would have been tight for two adults. Plenty of extra bedding in the closet and towels in the dresser. Small but functional kitchen. Perfect walk to anywhere in Boston, we walked ten to twelve miles per day, the whole city is flat and lovely to stroll!

Best Location!

We loved staying here. It's in the cutest neighborhood, and everyone is so friendly! Definitely wear socks or slippers here. The floors and rug weren't very clean, but everything else was perfect! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
