The hotel itself is neat, clean, and conveniently located. However, the service quality from the staff was inconsistent. The reception staff lacked adequate knowledge about hotel procedures, often seeking assistance from the valet parking personnel instead. Breakfast service was particularly disappointing on most days. There were times when basic items like water were not offered unless requested multiple times. However, I want to highlight one young lady on the breakfast team who stood out with her professionalism—she greeted guests warmly, turned on the table lamps, and ensured attentive service. Her efforts made a noticeable difference compared to the rest of the staff. In summary, while the hotel offers a comfortable stay, some of the staff would benefit from additional training in hospitality and customer service.

Our stay at the Iris Hotel was terrific - but our dinner and lunch the next day at Petal, the restaurant in the hotel, was exceptional. The food was delicious, the restaurant itself is cozy and beautifully appointed, and Luciano, the maitre d', and chef Daniel created a delightful, romantic evening for us. We will be back to the hotel and the restaurant both!

The hotel and room were beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and smelled nice. There wasn’t much going on in the hotel itself - a tiny little bar top but no additional amenities. The only downside to our stay was the diva at the front desk when we arrived back around 10pm after seeing a concert. We asked if there was a yummy local pizza spot we could order from and the guy said “um, I don’t know. This is a 5 star hotel, not the kind of place guests usually order pizza.” Ohhh ok your highness. Sorry my working class self likes a little late night snack after a night out. Haha. Jeez. Other than that pretentious BS the hotel was lovely and I’d stay there again.
