When I checked in the front person was not friendly. Hardly answered my questions. The room was in good condition but the tv does not work. You turn it on and nothing happens. No manual on how to use the tv.

The room was very dirty! Kids wanted to sleep in the car. Have many pictures of the filth we endured. We didn’t turn the tv on because the tv was so nasty we wouldn’t even think about touching the remote. Found 2 dead bugs on one of the beds and outlet covers missing, furniture and curtains had ick on them. We are pack our items we had on in separate sealed bags as precaution. Continental breakfast is from 6am to 9am. Well to heck with that. If rooms are like this I don’t want anything they are serving. I could go on but no sense when I can sum it up with one word, gross!

Stayed for one night to visit Salem. Quick easy check in and out, staff were friendly and room was clean. No carpets so it actually smelled clean as well. Large hotel, many rooms and very easy location to get in and out of. Quiet at night, well lit and safe. Coffee was decent in lobby in early morning. Deposit for room returned very quickly. We will stay here again.

Smelly room, renovated some parts, not clean sheets and bathroom. This is Motel by express way, so didn’t have high expectations. However some reviewers said it renovated it and clean, so we took a chance. Checking in process was ok, lady was not really friendly. The room which I got, smoke smells and second one was also the same. Few hairs came out from bedding, it was evening time and during the long weekend, so we couldn’t go elsewhere. Never again. Over paid for for that room.

I was a little nervous because I know there is a difference between a hotel and motel. However, when I opened the door to the room, it was beautiful. The room was spotless. The bed had fresh linens. Property was kept clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Coffee was very good. People were friendly. It was a nice stay!!

The room was recently remodeled and everything was very clean and spacious. It was a bit difficult to find as the Waze directions took us to the closed restaurant (it was dark out) but we were then able to see the signs for the motel.

Very nice place. Hard to find. It sits back off the main road. Staff was great. Nice big room. The room was clean. Very quit area. Perfect if you don’t want to stay in Salem. ♥️
