No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $3,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise decibel levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected. This device does not record audio or video—it simply measures sound levels.

Safety & Energy Conservation
Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use.
Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.

Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.
