Location:

Located in Readville, a residential neighborhood within Hyde Park - Boston’s southernmost neighborhood, this townhome offers the best of both worlds: a quieter, suburban feel with easy access to the city. Just a short walk to the Readville Commuter Rail station, you can reach downtown Boston in about 20 minutes.

The area is known for its leafy streets, local charm, and relaxed pace - often described as “a small town in the city.” You’ll also be minutes from University Avenue and Legacy Place for shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus close to outdoor recreation at Blue Hills Reservation.

Our home is a 10 minute drive to Padel Boston and walking distance to public outdoor tennis courts, making it a great option for guests looking to stay active or enjoy one of the area’s unique recreational offerings.

We are also a short drive to Gillette Stadium for Patriots (or world cup!) games and concerts and several nearby boarding schools and colleges including Noble and Greenough, Milton Academy, Curry College, Babson College, and Bentley University. With easy access to major highways and transit within walking distance, you can reach downtown Boston, historic neighborhoods, and universities like Boston College, Harvard, MIT, Boston University, and Northeastern with ease - making this the perfect home base whether you`re visiting for work, school, events, or a Boston getaway.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of the basement and locked storage closets. The 3rd floor has an open space for your use, but all 3 rooms are locked off from guest use. This is a townhome with other full time residents in the front unit so we do ask that groups are respectful of all neighbors, especially our closest one!

You have one designated parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway in front of the garage. There is also free, non-permitted street parking available on a first come first serve basis.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care or plowing during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

-Linens, bath/hand/wash towels are provided.
-No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)
-Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
- Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
