Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Parties: This is a quiet residential area and absolutely not a party house.
Guest Requirements: Primary renters must be 27 or older. Due to the historic layout, the home is not child-friendly for ages 2–7.
Care for the Home: Please remove your shoes at the door. No smoking is permitted.

How to Find Us
Bassett Street is a charming, one-way "crooked" road located just off Washington Street.
Landmark: If you are heading towards Abbot Hall, look for the left turn onto Bassett Street before you start heading up the hill where Abbot Hall is located.
Parking & Arrival
Driveway: Use the driveway located to the left of the house.Enter through the BACK door / brick patio area. Use electronic keypad on handle of the blue door.
Parking: Please park in the area at the back of the house; there is ample room for 2+ cars.
Note: The driveway is quite narrow—please be mindful of the poles as you pull in and out.
