The fitted she was ripped upon arrival. It took an hourfir them to change it. We had to pay fir parking and the internet. I called twice tonmake sure our room was handucapped and it wasnt, had to change to a room with a king bed, not teo queens

Patricio was friendly & professional. Had to park across the street since suv didn’t fit in embassy garage. Beds were too small. Only one tv remote worked. Had to get ice on uneven floor, which was inconvenient.
