If you're traveling with 4 legged family members, we have the following:
Dog bowls
Outdoor and indoor dog beds
Metal crate
Plastic open top play pen
We do our own regular and deep cleans. When we hire an outside company to help us and they charge significantly more than our cleaning fee and we go deeper on our regular cleans.
Common questions:
Is it better to take the subway (The "T") or drive into boston?
Take the T! Every time you park and leave a lot, it can be anywhere from $15- $50+
How do I get to the Menino (formally Boston) Convention and Exposition Center?
Take the blue line to the airport and then change to the silver line towards south station and get off at the convention center stop.
Can we check in early/ check out late?
Most of the time we aren't going to be able to accommodate, but we have deck boxes for you to store your items with your own pad lock.
If you want to see if you can check in early/ check out late, THE SOONER THE BETTER. As you can see from the reviews, we take care of the suite. Some things you can clearly see, many you can't. Besides cleaning between guests, we are usually doing some sort of upgrade, repair or replacement when we have more than a few hours between guests and then have to clean up afterwards.
Do you have a washer and dryer for guests to use?
Unfortunately not. All towels (including "unused" ones) pillow cases (regular, body and wedge) and associated waterproof covers, sheets, mattress protector, duvet, towels, living room blankets and seat covers are washed in vinegar and hot water and a second wash with eco friendly detergent, dreft (baby safe) scent beads and attitude fabric softener and we use 7th generation dryer sheets.
A stay produces 4-5 loads of laundry (8 or 10 washes) and we have our own (2 adults and 2 dogs).
The check out instructions aren't typically provided till the day before check out. We want to be upfront and don't believe in having to do "chores" and then getting charged an exorbitant cleaning fee (we've been charged $200 before to strip the bed, do the dishes, start the laundry, take trash with us, etc). Neither of these are ok with us.
We ask that you please:
-Throw away all trash and recycling into the appropriate kitchen bin.
-Pile all of the towels in the bathroom (including the unused ones)..
-Put all of the remotes back
-Take home the extra coffee/ tea/ dairy/ non dairy. They were specifically purchased for you and we would love for you to enjoy it at home or your next stop.
-Let us know if anything was broken, loose, etc. We want to make sure the next guest isn't impacted.
3. Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire first floor except for 1 room which is locked off from the apartment and is alarmed.
4. Interactions with Guests
If you need anythjng, we're right upstairs. Due to the dogs, we would prefer messages in the app and go from there.
