Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, big room with kitchenette, can open windows. Small gym and pool. Negative: Doors were a bit heavy and slams at closing, no hand bars in bathroom and not enough towel racks. No luggage stands.

When I spoke to the property about, they said they couldn’t help me other than provide bonus points as I had booked through Expedia and they couldn’t adjust my rate and had prepaid. Room was clean, somehow bedroom and living room heaters were connected so both rooms had the same temperature even though we would have preferred for one to be 5 degrees warmer and the other 5 degrees cooler. Staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast has gone down in quality and variety- same swill served 4 days in a row. Other 2 complaints were pool was freezing though we had been told heater was working (it wasnt!) and the pet trash bin in pet walking area was fulloverflowing on day one of our 4 day stay and still had not been emptied on day 4.
