Room needs updating. Curtains old, rugs very old. The shower curtain spelled very strong of mildew. Had to remove it and put it in the closet. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean. Not enough lighting to get ready for a wedding. It was fine for one overnight. The staff was pleasant. We were told that they would be moving and updating the property.

I am surprised at the positive reviews. Maybe I just got unlucky? I stayed in building 8, and it is RIGHT next to the on-ramp of the highway. If you get stuck in building 8, I hope you have earplugs! I tried a noise machine app on my phone and it still didn't drown out the highway. The heating system is awful makes a very loud noise every time it turns on and off. I was woken up all night because of it. I opened the curtains to get some natural light and the windows were disgustingly filthy - it looked like they had never been cleaned. I was supposed to stay two nights, but left the next morning at 8:30 am. I returned the key directly to the front desk and apparently they never put in the system that I checked out, so despite reaching out and sharing my bad experience, they would not refund my money for the 2nd night's stay. Sorry, but overall I cannot recommend this place.

The dog walk area is very small but there is plenty of other areas to walk your dog. The room was spotless. Breakfast had many options. The only negative thing we could say is one toilet had been clogged by a previous guest so it wouldnt flush. My husband fixed the toilet.

The room was clean. Our fireplace didn’t work. We had to get out key cards reset a few times. The front desk staff were friendly. The ac worked well. We had a loft bathroom shower water would only get warm not hot. The breakfast had healthy options. Breakfast ends at 9am it would of been nice if it ended alittle later:

The man who stays permanently underneath us complained about us walking around. We drove six hours from Pennsylvania to visit Salem upon arrival after check-in we went right to Salem. We only really had a day and a half to spend there so when we came back to our room, we still had to put stuff away and unpack. My family sat at the kitchen table playing a game when the front desk called and woke my husband up to complain that we were walking around too much and being noisy. I don’t know why a Tourist would be put above a permanent resident who’s going to complain about them. The next day we were afraid to even talk in the apartment or do anything really because of fear of the neighbor complaining so it really did put a damper on our fun.

Great staff. Room was very spacious and I would definitely recommend this property. However the matrices are… hard beds, light in stairway lit up the entire room and couldn’t be shut off so we covered as best we could. The kitchen had very limited pans. Not a single fry pan just a sauce pan and, a baking tray, and a Dutch oven. Housekeeping was amazing. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Shower rod in bathroom where screwed in on both sides has signs of Sheetrock deterioration behind wallpaper as it is sunken into wall. Had gotten 6 card and only two would work for door entry. Room downstairs was shown having doors on door opening and did not. Also had the paws magnet and room all set magnet on door for bride and bridesmaids to get ready in and hotel cleaner had still walked in WITHOUT WARNING of any kind. She also stayed for like 3 minutes trying to talk/explain instead of just shutting the door and leaving
