The pool was closed, which was not indicated anywhere. When I asked about this, the manager said it was listed in the fine print on the website. I went and looked on the website and it was not on the website anywhere.this sucked.

Not a family hotel

The smell of cigarettes in my room was unbearable, they didn’t have any more rooms available and the air neutralizer they gave me to use did nothing. Even though it is a smoke free building the woman at the desk didn’t seem to shocked when I told her about the smell and proceeded to tell me the carpets were just cleaned in that room indicating they were told by housekeeping how bad it was. Pool is totally out of service, they claimed it was in “the fine print” on their website which if that is the case they need to tell these third party booking pages to not say they have a pool because it’s been under repair for well over a year. Their noise policy was harsh, one complaint called for immediate eviction, we were here for a soccer tournament with many other families quiet hours changed for us because of that so at 7:45 pm we were told it was time to be quiet although it was posted very clearly that quiet hours were 10pm til morning.

I spent a good time there, what bothered me was that the television didn't work. I called for someone to come and fix it, but no one came. Until I left, no one asked me anything, this is terrible, a night without television is a bad experience for me, thank you very much 😘

False advertising

My husband was medivac’d to nearby Faulkner hospital. We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool advertised on its website. Our granddaughters were going r swim but we learned after checking in that the pool was closed for repair or renovation, despite even the room tv showing it as open. The rooms are fine, minimally supplied though and breakfast was on par for this level hotel. The hallways are elevator are dreary.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience. We specifically booked for the advertised indoor pool. Upon arrival we learned that it is undergoing renovations and was not accessible. This was not advertised or noted during booking. We were essentially told, “oh well”. Very frustrating as this was our main reason for choosing this hotel as opposed to others in the area. The rooms are well equipped.

Staff was friendly especially the breakfast worker. Heating system was extremely loud. Toilet seat was loose. Bed the mattress was very hard and all the pillows were flat. They don't clean your room unless you are there for over three nights.

Renovations….false advertising

The staff was kind. The room barely looked cleaned out from the last guests. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom and a used towel on the back of the door. There were used sheets in the closet. They did mention they were going to be getting renovated, but it should mention that on the website. An indoor pool was advertised. The pool was not open due to renovations…also should have been mentioned at booking. We enjoyed the free breakfast.
