Disliked: Cleanliness
The neighborhood is VERY dangerous. D rating in assault grading. And 20 percentile in assault crime index. Unsafe, killings in the area, recent murder reports online. Would not recommend the property to anyone.

Eder was a great host! My cousins and I had a great time at his home. It was a very nice place and everything was exactly like the pictures! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space. He provided us with all the amenities listed and more. He was also responsive to any questions that arose prior to and during our stay. We felt that we had everything we needed for our trip!
