Wierd entrance & difficult to find Front Desk. More a motel than a hotel. Very down market. Clean affordable stay for folks who like fly Spirit Airlines but not for anyone else. Service is excellent but quality of room & motel look & feel is problematic. Expedia should know better than to label it a hotel.

Washroom was not good. Shower was giving trouble. Even toilet seat was kind of broken it was hard staying with kids. And you have to get your own washroom supplies as they only provide some stuff.

I would stay again but not with little kids

The place is nice clean and very roomy. The only complain I have is the walls and the ceiling are a little thin. You hear your neighbors and if you're on the bottom floor you'll hear people walk all over the place because they don't put carpet in places anymore. If somebody having sex you're going to hear them, at least I did.

Awkward

The first roombthe tv did not work, so i was moved to the room next door. The service was great she tried everything. Then the 2nd room, the toilet didnt flush, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the heat register in the bathroom was not attached together properly. There was also dog hair on the floor around the bed. Other than that the room was beautiful, spacious, and mostly clean.

had a lovely experience! the continental breakfast was such a plus and they were so accommodating to those in town for our concert. the kind man at the front desk even asked us all about it at checkout. Incredible staff, nice and clean, the perfect weekend stay!

Very convenient stay near Brigham & Womens hospita

Helen was great during check-in. The hotel is dated but I was looking for a hotel close to the hospital, safe, clean and comfortable. This hotel offered all that and a good breakfast. As far as being dated, it was like staying at my grandmother house. I would definately stay here again.
