The room was outdated the bathroom vanity was very low. Rusty lamps, no working WiFi :( the tv was difficult to operate. AC made a racket. My overall review in a word would be dingy. The breakfast looked nice although I didn’t have any. The staff were all very pleasant.

Room we had for the first night, heat/ac did not work, nor did tv. Also, room was very cramped. Got switched to a different room for second night where bathroom window to outside would not shut such that bugs and whatever had easy access. Also, it appeared to be a sponsored shelter for homeless folks.

Much cleaner than my last stay a few years ago. Not sure if the owner was probably changed? Of course the price is 50% higher than before, although it's still in the lower among Boston's crazily priced hotels.

Stay Away!

The desk employee was friendly and promised the world. Unfortunately, he didn't deliver on any request. We asked about a roll a way bed and was told all they have are air mattresses which would have been fine but never got it. The small pull out sofa was VERY uncomfortable. The next day we asked about it again and got told that it would be put in the room in the morning just like the day before... and nothing. The AC didn't work at all. The temperature only got hotter as the AC stayed on. The shower curtain only covered half the tub which was laughable but annoying. The only positive was the free cookies in the lobby.

I was charged 25 dollars for parking in the hotel parking lot ...wich felt like a trap considering i dont remember any notification about parking charges nor were there very many options for parking around the hotel because of congestion in that area...very disappointing...especially cause i wasnt aware and able to budget for that cost.

Gave me a room that was 80degrees and the ac wasn’t even blowing went to see if they could look into it one guy came in and was condescending and telling me how to select the ac on the thermostat which I had done and as I’m explaining to the guy I know how another guy comes in and says there is no ac in this building so either they don’t know anything about the property or they are trying to be sneaky about things and lie would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the toilet was clogged at check in and I had to plunge it myself because the guy who did it had left for the day …..poor poor poor don’t do it

Unfriendly staff, dirty room, horrible mattress that sinks with your weight, room was humid, bathroom was dirty, breakfast was disgusting, unreasonable price for the accommodations. The owners obviously are doing the bare minimum trying to rake in profits. Do not recommend

Breakfast is good, fresh coffee available throughout the day. Great connection to the train, just a short walk away. Beds very comfortable. Room is spacious but shows wear and tear, it is not as new and shiny like in the pictures. We stayed for six nights and it was overall good, no major complaints.
