Booked room for 4 adults and a child and ended up having 2 ppl sleep on air mattresses as the room only had 1 king and a double couch. I mentioned to staff there was a disconnect and they mentioned issue was with Expedia. Was expecting to get some sort of discount to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Had a lovely stay for 4 days at this hotel. Mr Keith was extremely hospitable and sweet and really made my stay wonderful. B line is wicked close and anything you could need is within a 5-10 minute walk. Will definitely be back next year for a trip!

The motel (not a hotel) is comfortable with a wonderful staff and a decent breakfast. But the place us a little old. Had a broken clock radio that was never replaced and a charger that didn’t work. On the whole a littke pricy.

The window in the room had broken glass and was slightly open, when attempting to close it full I found that it was unable to be full closed. Almost completely empty parking lot, yet we were charged $25 to park. This was NOT a hotel as the name suggests, it was a motel.

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. It's a budget hotel, but honestly, the location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from a T station, which made getting around Boston super easy. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet, which made me feel comfortable, even at night. One of the best parts was the buffet breakfast. For a place in this price range, it was way better than expected—lots of good options and everything was fresh. Overall, it’s a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay if you're visiting Boston and don’t want to spend a fortune.

When we turned the kitchenette sink on the entire faucet exploded off and water shot to the roof. Walls were thin and were woken multiple times by loud residents in other rooms. No black out curtains and the sun POURED in bright and early. Not the most restful experience
