Situated on quiet Piedmont Street, this recently renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers the space and comfort of a home while putting you within easy reach of everything that makes Salem special. With a bright, fully-equipped kitchen,dining room and living area, on the first floor, while the 3 separate bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor gives plenty of room to gather with your friends and family. The unit has its own entrance and an easy, hassle-free check-in/out service. Check in is at 3:00pm and I will give you a code to open a lockbox. The box contains 2 keys for the front door. Just let me know if you need any extra keys. Check out is at 11am please lock up the house and leave the keys in the lockbox. There is a small charge for lost or damaged keys. Keys are in a lockbox that is coded for each guest separately. There is plenty of street parking available in the front of the house.

Guest Policy: Minimum 2 night stay. Maximum of six overnight guests in total.

NO PARTIES OR LOUD EVENTS: We have zero-tolerance policy regarding parties, late-night noise,smoking, and unauthorized guests. Any violation will result in an immediate shutdown of the event and cancellation of your reservation. Thank you for understand and cooperation to maintain a peaceful environment.

Check-In: If you require early check-in please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need to keep your luggage here after check-out to be picked up later that can be arranged as long as we have prior knowledge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The backyard is NOT available for guest use. Our dogs use this outdoor space regularly, and we keep it closed off for their safety and comfort. Thank you for understanding!
