Front desk staff was dismissive and unwelcoming, I had to inquire about the destination fee instead of an explanation upon check-in. I called down to front desk to obtain cutlery for my food and was told "Yeah, but you gotta come down to get it, we're not bringing it up". I've never experienced such lazy lack of service before in my life, and it was not busy. Front desk staff did not even say hello and acted like any question I had was an annoyance. Incredibly disappointing when I paid 1.6k for 3 night stay. If I was being a Karen or a bother I would understand the front desk staff's attitudes but I literally only called or approached them 3 times in 3 days. Lobby bartender and breakfast staff were great. Suite was nice. I will not return though due to front desk staff.

The Row Hotel is 10 out of 10. From the minute you go in, you can smell the cleanliness. The decor is beautiful and modern , the service is excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, and the area was amazing. Lots of stores and restaurants around it as well as the subway station to commute to different tourist destinations. Planning to go back soon!!

I was here primarily for a conference but also visiting family. I would stay here again as the room was spacious, clean, updated. Upscale feel and appearance. One area they could have improved was their dining options within the hotel, but I do understand that there’s a lot of competition with so many restaurants in close vicinity that it may not make good business sense for them to have those options in the hotel. They don’t seem to serve lunch, but the bar had a limited, but very good menu. I also wish they had better options for parking or when families visiting some options for good parking for them and maybe a different valet option would’ve been helpful rather than just the $58 for those who are actually staying at the hotel. Otherwise, all in all I would stay here again and it was very convenient as my conference was right across the street at the hospital.
