We didn't have a good experience unfortunately. The listing address was misrepresented and changed at the last minute which was both stressful and concerning. We had to change our plan while in the taxi. For this and other reasons it seemed like the property was not a legal short term rental either with the city or building HOA. The building staff seemed unhappy with our stay and the checkin process of an external lock box on a random fence raised red flags. Also upsetting was the rulethat children were not allowed which was added after our booking with two infants. There were no safety concerns so it seemed like a discrimination policy or a policy that is trying to avoid being uncovered as an illegal rental. This was upsetting to deal with during our stay.Further we were locked out multiple times and had to call for remote unlocking. It seemed there was a nonstandard locking mechanism added to the unit because it was not legally allowed. It would have added much peace of mind to not use an app that had issues with phone permissions that were disabled due to personal digital security concerns. We weren't able to lock the unit multiple times and had concern about theft and security.Additionally several items were broken. Multiple broken lamps, broken side table, broken ice maker, broken sink, bathroom damage--towel, toilet paper holders, broken tub (stopper didn't work and I couldn't bathe my babies).The unit needs repair, correct advertisement, and a proper locking

Used as a home base for the Patriots game. Lockbox was easy to find during the day, and parking was easy in the North Garage. Views were great, property was large and clean. Central location to the T and the Garden. Only comments:1) Despite having a Keurig coffee maker, no coffee supplies were present, which I found unusual. 2) The heat was inconsistent. It was ROASTING in the master, cold elsewhere.3) Got stuck signing in on Netflix- a guest account would be great.

The Host was wonderful and the place was spotless. The view is amazing and the location to TD Garden is perfect. It is literally 100 Feet to the front door. Booked for a Celtics game and will book again next game!

Access was problematic from the start. Guests are instructed not to speak with the building concierge, and the key fob must be retrieved from a lockbox attached to a chain-link fence outside the building. In winter conditions, this required squatting outside late at night to operate the lockbox.The apartment itself appears presentable at first glance, but furnishings are basic and not consistent with a “luxury” listing. Both showers had low water pressure, the guest shower made a whistle sound, and overall maintenance was below expectations. Most concerning, the front door could not be locked when leaving the unit.Communication with the host was inconsistent, and critical information was not provided until after check-in. During our stay, someone associated with the host entered the apartment without notice or consent, which raised serious safety and privacy concerns.Parking information was not clearly disclosed. While parking exists nearby, it is paid, and four nights totaled 245.At checkout, guests are required to return the key fob to the same exterior lockbox.The view is excellent. However, access logistics, parking costs, and safety issues significantly detract from the experience.

DO NOT BOOK, We had a one night trip to Boston planned to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. First off, getting into the property was a process, the host told me to avoid the front desk and go around the side of the building into the snow to find a lock box locked onto a fence to get a key to get in. I thought that was odd, direct instructions to avoid the people that work at the building. We got the key fob and went to the apartment to find the door wide open. Scary. We checked the property to make sure no one was in there, which there wasn't but left us feeling uneasy. The icing on the cake, we were getting ready to leave for our night out in Boston, and the locking mechanism on the door did not work. I texted the host. No response, texted again, nothing. Finally they responded saying they wouldn't be able to get anyone out to resolve it and there was no way to resolve us being able to lock the door. We were told not to leave anything valuable in the property if we left. We were traveling to the airport the next day to fly home and had thousands of dollars worth of Xmas gifts in our bags so that was no possible. With all these red flags, we decided to have some people stay back and not celebrate out on the town like we had planned. When talking to the host requesting compensation for the door not working i was told that because we stayed no refund was to be given, which they did not tell us the night of. They said the next day lock worked. Not true 5 of us tried it. Awful
