"The hotel is beautiful! The room was relaxing and very comfortable. The service impeccable!! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The garden is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast or dinner and drinks in the evening. The food is very good and there is a wide variety for breakfast."

"This is a beautiful hotel with lots of character. Our room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant food was amazing and they had gluten-free options. Best of all were the hotel staff. They were all so polite and efficient. Mika and Kateryna in the restaurant were amazing! They were so kind, friendly, and great at their jobs! My daughters and I had a wonderful experience. "We were arriving early morning from an overnight flight. At the time of booking I booked the stay beginning the night before so we could check in without waiting. I made sure to leave note explaining this, and I also called the hotel directly to explain that the 3 rooms were all booked for Wednesday but we would be arriving early Thursday morning. When we arrived at the hotel there was some initial confusion and it took some time (about 15 minutes) but we were eventually able to check all 3 rooms in and get some rest. Rooms were small but very clean and tidy. The bed is large but VERY firm. I like firm but this was even too firm for me. The iPad in the room to control lights/tv/thermostat needed to be reset at the front desk twice in 4 days. Overall I liked it, I would definitely stay again. "
