Bayfront property, overlooking the famous Bottle Creek Lagoon. Bayside Estate consists of Main & Guest houses that are unique for families and/or groups. The location you're viewing is our Main house. The Main house is located on the water/bayfront and is perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise, perfect for fishing trips, and group vacation. Bayfront access, no sandy beach. Vehicle and watersports rentals are available on Island. The Main house is fully air-conditioned. The house can also be rented as a 2 bedroom (inbox me to request rates of the 2-bedroom/4 guest). I look forward to being your host and welcoming you to Bayside Estate.

Found bed bug spray

At check in the manager was super rude on the phone. There is really nothing around the house or on the island for that matter. The view from the home is pretty but that’s about it. After finding 2 bottles of bed bug spray we left a day early. Would not recommend staying on north Caicos at all! Just do a day trip and save yourself the headache

Fantastic stay

Quick trip (3 nights) to the island, the house was perfect for what we are looking for, beautiful view from the house, plenty of space and more than enough amenities. Great communication, easy check in and check out. I will be back again!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was just as described. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Mary could not have been nicer or more helpful through our stay. The back porch was amazing for our evening happy hour. The island is quiet with essentially no commercialization. We enjoyed all the beaches and met several locals who were always friendly and engaging. The whole trip was fantastic.

family trip to Turks and Cacos!

comfortable house, beautiful property overlooking the water, great location on North Caicos with three spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and living area. Full sized washer and drier. Communication with Mary was so terrific! She helped organize all the details including ferry reservations and taxi drop off and pickup. Wonderul experience!

What a great place

Felt like you were the only people on the island until you went out. The place was spacious, well stocked, and the owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay if we had questions. The best part was the deck. Had coffee there in the morning, and sat there reading at night. It was hard to leave.
