Enjoy peace and greenery in this 35 m² wooden studio chalet, set within our enclosed property. Independent, with a fully equipped kitchen and a small covered terrace. Pets allowed on request. Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.



Located 40 km from the motorway exit, 15 minutes from Surgères TGV station, 25 km from La Rochelle city center, 1h30 from Puy du Fou, 1h20 from Futuroscope, and 1h00 from La Palmyre Zoo.



Whether for a weekend or a week as a couple, between land and sea, you can discover the treasures of Charente-Maritime.



The accommodation features a fold-down bed in the living area and a cabin bed for a child (max. 1.55 m). Please leave the property as clean as you found it.



The region offers many destinations: Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, Rochefort, the islands, or simply enjoy walks and nature in the surrounding countryside.



If your family has grown, the owner can provide baby essentials (high chair and travel cot).
