Nicely-equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher) will make you feel at home. Full Bath. Swimming pool. Coin-operated Washers and Dryers available in the laundry room located in the complex (not inside the apartment). Grounds, pool (close in the Winter) and unit are all well-maintained.

Cozy bedroom. Pleasant bathroom. Living room has large corner windows for good light and great ventilation. Kitchen appliances at your disposal. Enjoy complementary coffee and tea at arrival.

Off-street, free, close-in parking. Stairs are shorter than would be expected since the first floor units are below grade, just 1 1/2 flights).

A cleaning fee of $120 will be required to be paid at check in.
