It was as noisy as most americal hotels, which is to say--very. In unit coolers with ice is cool and goes with the theme, but are a bit of a hassle. Would prefer mini-frig. Staff was super-helpful.

A tad loud…AMAZING STAFF!

Door to bathroom could not close because of water damage. Towels very thin and cheap. Little insulation between floors and it was quite loud. Staff was amazing!!!

Clean. Yes! Fancy: No. But great effort at making it nice! A/C effective: Yes! Bed comfort: Yes! Safe: Yes Convenient to nightlife: Yes, and no noise. Facilities: More than I needed, but enticing - hot tub, weight room, etc.

Great property conveniently located with very friendly staff. Fire pit, hot tub and sauna plus game room. The rooms are a bit older but totally fine. They also allowed us to check in early as a courtesy after flying for 17 hours been coming to Boulder for six years first time I stayed here definitely the best choice. John at the front desk is super cool.

Basecamp is basic indeed. It's essentially an old motel spiffed up with an outdoor hipster vibe. Decor and rooms are tired and threadbare. Not a bad place to stay, but you can do better in Boulder.

This is an excellent place to stay for downtown shopping. It is a lovely walk away. The parking is really tight. If you are driving your silverado 2500, parking will be challenging. The entrance is blocked by shrubbery which limits the view pulling out if the place. With a vehicle like mine, It is near impossible to see anyone on the sidewalk or driving by because i have to pull into the street just to see what's coming, and the street is super busy. Also, bicycles think they own the road. One drove right into me and accused me his mistake. Overall a great place to stay, just be aware of the parking and bicyclers.

Property is great! Came for a concert at Boulder Theater. Places to eat nearby, theater pretty close. Definitely recommend!
