The experience was an expectedly spartan one -- which is absolutely fine. The staff was friendly, making check in and out an easy thing. The room was a bit run-down but the bed was comfortable. The pillows were, oddly, not real bed pillows; instead, they were small and square, like throw pillows but with full sized pillowcases on them. I think the main annoyance came each night after midnight, when there would be drunken screaming in the parking lot, and what sounded like groups of college students running around the property visiting or dropping off friends.

Excellent location. Walkable both to CU campus and to Pearl Street. Room was clean. Bathroom clean and quite large. Staff (from General Manager down) very friendly and tremendously helpful.

Had the basic necessities and the bed was very comfortable! Some small issues — hand soap pump in my room was broken; the hair dryer died after the first day; the mini fridge freezes stuff — but overall I was still happy with my stay, and the staff were lovely!

The property needs an update and proper cleaning. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The bottom of the shower curtain was very dirty/moldy. The window in the bathroom did not close completely. The carpet was extremely dirty. Bed linens were clean. It is on a very loud road. We were at the very back of the property and still the noise from the road was very loud. Walking distance to Pearl street was a plus.

Found one dead and one live bug in my bed. Bathroom was remodeled but the rest of the room old and outdated. Staff offered to bring by extra bedding for pull out couch and never did. Coffee and tea options were poor. Coffee in reception was terrible, no sugar and told staff but they did nothing, no water for tea. Staff was nice but did not seem to care about customer service. Location was awesome however! And free convenient parking.

“Comfortable, Relaxing, and Hassle-Free”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay was amazing! I just needed a comfortable place to rest my head and spend some time visiting with my son, and this hotel was perfect. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I had a great day overall. No complaints at all, I truly loved it!
