Experience the magic at this centrally-located house in Boulder. One block to Chautauqua Park with amazing hiking trails, a great playground, general store, dining hall and summer concerts. Just a few blocks from CU's campus, home to museums and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. And a short downhill stroll to Boulder's famous Pearl Street Mall. We also have coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and nearby on "the Hill". We're close to multiple public transportation points and bike lanes. Whatever brings you to Boulder, our charming home is near it all!

Boulder in the summer features festivals, concerts, farmer's markets, in addition to hiking, biking and other adventures. It's a true mountain summer getaway!

Our home is on a single level with 1200 square feet of living space. The house is a perfect set up for families or small groups. We have a smart TV, chef's kitchen, plus books and toys to entertain children. There is a peaceful fenced backyard to run around with a large dining table and chairs - perfect for relaxing or a meal. We're also a short walk to two neighborhood playgrounds.

You will have access to our entire home, except for the converted garage space where we will be storing some of our personal belongings. There is a door leading to that space from the dining room and another door from the second bathroom, which both doors will be locked.

For security purposes, we have an exterior front door camera that covers the front lawn and driveway. We have a noise-decibel monitor on the ceiling near the entryway, which serves as a night light as well.
