Welcome to Boulder Lakehouse, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Nestled on the serene shores of Boulder Lake, this charming retreat offers private lake access and breathtaking second-story views. With accommodations for up to six guests, the lake house provides a fun escape surrounded by nature.



The Space:

Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike from Boulder Junction and directly on the White Deer Bike Loop, one of the most extensive trail systems in the state, the home offers easy access to nearby attractions. A ten-minute, leisurely bike ride leads to two charming ice cream stands, a fantastic coffee shop, and a variety of restaurants and boutique shops in Boulder Junction. For a unique experience, guests can even paddle a canoe or kayak up to a lakeside restaurant in less than half an hour. See below for a list of bikes and water toys included with your rental!

- Bedroom 1 (main/ upper level): King size bed and full size futon

- Bedroom 2 (ground/ lower level): Queen size bed and futon

- Bedroom 3 (ground/ lower level): Queen size bed and 2 rollaway beds



Bathrooms:

- Bathroom 1 (ground/ lower level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer

- Bathroom 2 (main/ upper level): Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, hair dryer



Outdoor Area:

- Second story deck, with safety gate

- Patio table with 6 chairs

- Louge chairs (4)

- Propane grill (propane provided)

- Fire pit (please bring local firewood)

- 4 parking spots available in driveway with room for trailer

- Garage accessible but no parking inside



Water Access:

+ Private waterfront on Boulder Lake

+ Stairs lead down to water (15 steps)

+ Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically early May - mid October)

+ Public boat launch and parking only 1 minute away

+ Watercraft docking is allowed

+ Water is approximately 5 feet deep at end of dock and is slightly weedy with mostly rocks and sand. Ladder at the end of dock to enter water.

+ Use stairs and decking to navigate the shoreline; shoreline is steep

+ Parking for trailer in driveway and at nearby boat launch



This property is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).



Home Truths:

- Fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use

- No pets allowed

- No garage parking
