Your holiday rental includes: On the ground floor: A spacious 61m² living room/kitchen, one bedroom (one 160x200 cm bed), a large bathroom with shower, sink and laundry facilities, and a toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: Two bedrooms (one with a 140x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), and a toilet with hand basin. Outside: A 32 m² terrace on stilts and a 140m² private lawned garden. This detached house, with the Tourism and Disability label for its ground floor, is located on a 1.5-hectare property where the owners also reside. Parking space is available under the covered area adjacent to the cottage. A secure bicycle shelter is located under the shed, along with a dedicated maintenance area. For your horses: stables are available: two 16 m² stalls with rubber mats + a 1-hectare paddock. There is also a pétanque court, Breton palets, boules, swings, bicycles, and scooters. Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee (please contact the owner).
