I rent my house for 7 people maximum.
Quiet and sunny location all day on a 1500m² wooded plot 500m from shops, 2km from the port: Fort Louvois, 3km from the beach and the island of Oleron. Several possible activities: nautical, pedestrian, equestrian or even fishing. Independent house of 120m² on the ground floor. 25m² terrace, garden furniture and barbecue available. private heated pool. Parking for 3 cars. 4 bedrooms (2 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with two 90 cm beds and 1 with a 90+ bed and baby accessories), equipped American kitchen, utility room, living room, dining room, large bathroom and two bathroom.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Bay of Biscay. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

2 bonnes semaines avec une meteo exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine !La maison mériterait qqs améliorations notamment au niveau de la cuisine.Maison non climatisée mais qui ne chauffe pas trop en cas de fortes températures.

Semaine au calme

Maison accueillante avec jardin très agréable, table à l'ombre pour manger, salon extérieur, piscine chauffée très jolie et très agréable dans un beau jardin bien structuré. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque de rien si ce n'est d'un wifi plus performant.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un village très bien situé pour se rendre très facilement à Oléron, à la Rochelle, à Rochefort, visiter le zoo... Séjour au calme tout confort en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable court séjour en famille. Le jardin entièrement clôturé est sécurisant avec de jeunes enfants. Le quartier est calme et les gérants de la location sont très sympathiques, avec de bonnes recommandations touristiques. La piscine et ses équipements sont très agréables pour toute la famille.

Très bon week-end

La propriété était très propre, bien rangé. Les propriétaires on était vraiment adorables, et nous on même avancer l'heure d'arriver et de départ. Le seul problème c'est que dans l'annonce il était indiqué que la piscine était chauffé alors que lors de notre venu la PAC était à l'arrêt et donc la piscine n'était pas chauffé.

Entre copains nous avons trouvé pour 7 adultes une maison avec pour chaque couple une chambre. Un 8 ème n'aurait pas été possible. Pour autant les propriétaires ont été dispo et sympa. Le logement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. La vaisselle aussi. Petite mention quant au fait que les draps et la vaisselle ont du être installés en fin de saison dernière. Sinon je recommande c'est top. Merci !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nos hôtes sont prévenants et agréables. La maison est confortable et la piscine chauffée à été un point fort, les enfants ont aussi profité de l'agréable jardin. A refaire ! Un très grand merci à nos hôtes et au plaisir de les revoir.

goed gelegen in het toeristisch gebied Charente - Maritim, zowel voor uitstappen naar Noorden én Zuiden. Mooi fietsgebied met nu en dan toch wel een helling (brug). Goed gelegen voor aankopen, bakker, slager enz.

une maison très pratique lorsque vous avez des enfants très bien isolé avec une piscine très sympa tout près de l'île d'Oléron des propriétaires à l'écoute et ultra disponible je pense que c'est simplement un plus je recommande donc cette location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, agréable avec un très bel extérieur clôturé. La piscine est très bien avec des bordures sur toute la longueur permettant de s'assoir dans la piscine et de profiter ! Boulangerie et supérette accessible à pied

magnifique maison de vacances

Une maison fonctionnelle, très spacieuse, superbe terrasse, un grand jardin pour que les enfants jouent, de grandes chambres avec des placards permettant de vider complètement les valises. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire qui est très agréable et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour visiter la région. Un très bel endroit pour des vacances au calme, à proximité de tout, sans les inconvénients de la foule et des embouteillages
