Needs up dating , basic

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding in a nearby location , we unfortunately couldn't stay at the chocolate boutique hotel which is where we spent our first 2 nights in Bournemouth so instead we had to find somewhere else . We had to change rooms when we first arrived at the Ocean view as the hotel room was tiny ! I mean tiny ! So we were moved without issue to another . The bed was two singles put together - it was comfy my side but my partners side the springs had gone so it was like sleeping on a hill! The breakfast was basic but ok . No facility to have dinner at the hotel - this didn't matter to us as we went to a wedding but we did have to find somewhere for lunch down the road. The shower was so slow no power what so ever . We were in room 303. The room needs mega updating and the bathroom needs a referb sharpish! Not at all what the photos on the website shows . We would not return . Shame really as nice location just very old and worn out .

Lovely stay at this hotel

Rooms very clean, friendly helpful staff, great buffet breakfast close to beaches. Clean pool and pleasant sitting area by pool. Would be great if rooms had a bar fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Think they must be old photos of The Hotel

Pros: Best thing about the hotel was the pool
Cons: Needs a complete re-Ferb inside and out
Location: Location was great just across the road from the beach and the town was just down the road all in walking distance
Because the outside of the hotel looks like it needs a good paint job and the inside is nothing to shout about I think nearly every floor board squeaks beds squeak and not very comfortable

Good hotel on sea front.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a large bathroom as well. Breakfast was really good and garden view was lovely.
