The property is falling apart, the main staircase and entrance is dirty, full of huge structural cracks and stinks of damp. Room 3 also have a noisy dog and the male occupant smokes cannabis every day.The apartment was not the one we booked, we identified this immediately, contacted the host who did nothing. The apartment is filthy, the carpets are all stained. There is mould and thick dust everywhere. Broken sockets and Switches along with kitchen cabinets smashed. Hot water lasts for 5 mins and is brown and dirty when its 1st ran. The worst place I have ever stayed. I could write a 11 page document on all the faults. I have taken pictures and videos of all the issues.
