Cosy cottage, short walk to beach and restaurants

Welcome! A cosy cottage tucked away in a quiet lane just off Southbourne high street with its independent pubs, restaurants and artisan bakeries. 10 minute walk to the sandy beach through wooded gardens. High-chair, travel cot and bed guard rail on request. Retractable stairgate at top of stairs.

Open plan upstairs with beams and vaulted ceiling. A fun and sociable space! Two downstairs bedrooms with king (5’) bed and bunks suitable for adults as well as children (grown-ups bed linen also available). Bath and beach towels provided.

Small but lovely walled courtyard accessed through main bedroom. Fragrant honeysuckle in the summer.

Arrive at your convenience. Keys will be waiting for you in the keysafe at the cottage.

Free parking in surrounding streets. It can get busy, but you can usually find a space. Alternatively, Woodside Road public car park is just a minutes' walk away and always has space (£5 for 24 hours or £26 for a monthly pass).

We make sure the cottage is sparkling clean using eco friendly cleaning products. Linens are laundered at high temperature using non-bio detergent.

Kindly note we are a strictly animal-free, non-smoking property.
