This beautiful home is on the corner of a leafy park and is a 5min walk to Sobo beach. Perfectly set up for a family beach days or chilling out at home, we have what you need for your summer holiday.

Pop out for craft pizza and drinks; take-out fish n chips or cook up a storm in the kitchen from the local Co-op - all walking distance.

Hengistbury Head, the New Forest, or the Purbecks - what will you choose for your next day out?


THE SPACE
The house is ideal for families (sleeps 4 adults and 2 children) and is well kitted out for kids.

Well stocked with board games, Lego, Hotwheels, a dolls house, lots of books and colouring/craft materials. It is ideal for age 3+. We don't have stair-gates or a cot but can provide if needed.

Downstairs: The spacious open-plan kitchen diner with bi-fold doors leads out to an enclosed rear garden.

The new plywood kitchen includes a walk-in larder; island with induction hob and breakfast bar; 2 ovens and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and separate utility with washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The separate TV/games room has plenty of seating with 2 sofas & arm-chairs, with patio doors out to the rear garden.

The newly renovated downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, ideal post-sea dip.

Upstairs: The master bedroom with superkingsize bed looks out over the park and grade II listed water tower with views to St Catherine's Hill in the distance; listen to the sea on quiet nights from the second bedroom with kingsize bed; and next door the kids room sleeps 2 on bunk beds. All bedrooms are double aspect. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet.

The house was recently renovated for family living. The south-facing garden has lots to keep children busy with an 11x8ft trampoline with netting, a tree-swing, swing-ball, ride-on toy tractor, and lawn. The fire-pit is situated in a natural den and is a hit with the kids for roasting marshmallows.

The in and out private driveway has parking for up to 3 cars.

Please note we have friendly cats who will be in and out of the house. We would love you to feed them but please let us know if this is a problem.

Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
