Dordogne- Périgueux - Gîte Alep with a 90m² reception room - Piano -3 Bedrooms

With its room of 90m² and Piano, the cottage "Alep" is ideal for a family of 9/10 people or a group. 7 single beds and one double bed, or three double beds and three single beds. We can adapt the bedding to your needs. 2 other cottages are available for rent for 14 additional people.

It is equipped with crockery for a meal for 20 people, a table for ten people, and a console to increase the capacity to 20 people. Four sofas, a TV with Orange channels, Wi-Fi, and board games are at your disposal.

The private garden/terrace at the back of the building without vis-à-vis is equipped with a 3 m dining table, garden chairs, and a barbecue.


It is sheltered from the wind and close to the pool, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant stay in nature.


We have two cots preferably to book us beforehand.

Nearby are the hiking trails, the equestrian center of the French Federation of Equitation for ballads or course gallop or other, and the possibility to rent bikes (electric preferred), Canoes, and Velo routes, which are 10 minutes by car.

For groups, we can organize meals either as a daily meal, a stopover, a gastronomic meal, or a party with our selection of caterers.

The swimming pool with integrated step is 5m x10m with a depth of 1.40 with a range of 1M to 0n60 cm deep.

This cottage offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Bourrou cottage.
