A hiking trail from the cottage connects to the GR86 Toulouse-Luchon trail. You will be 4 km from Aurignac (Aurignacian Museum, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11 km from the Saint-André swimming and fishing lake, and less than 30 minutes by car from: the Martres-Tolosane earthenware factory, Bonnefont Abbey, the Cardeilhac Arboretum forest, the Archaeological Museum and Gallo-Roman Villa of Montmaurin, the Save Gorges, and the Cazères water sports center. Single-story gîte: 2 bedrooms with 3 beds: entrance hall, large living room with relaxation area and sofa bed, separate kitchen opening onto the covered terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm)) (2 single beds (90cm), bathroom/WC, shower room, WC with washbasin, laundry room with washing machine. Electric heating. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is included. Heating is electric and billed according to current consumption. If you are in Picanas during the standard heating season (15/10-15/4), you can opt for an electricity package of €12 per day.
