You will be 4 km from Aurignac (Aurignacian Museum, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11 km from the Saint-André swimming and fishing lake, and less than 30 minutes by car from: the Martres-Tolosane earthenware factory, Bonnefont Abbey, the Cardeilhac Arboretum forest, the Archaeological Museum and Gallo-Roman Villa of Montmaurin, the Save Gorges, and the Cazères water sports center. Electric heating. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is included. Heating is electric and billed according to current consumption.
