Your whole family will have plenty of room to spread across five beautifully decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart ROKU TV ranging in size from 50" to 55".

Bedroom 1 is on the main level. The large ensuite bathroom is equipped with a king bed and a 55" smart TV

Bedroom 2 is on the upper level and features a king bed and large 55" smart TV.

Bedroom 3 is on the upper level, and features a king bed and 50" smart TV

Bedroom 4 is also on the upper level, and has a queen bed and 50" smart TV

Bedroom 5 is the bunkroom featuring 4 twin beds, a 50" smart TV, and a classic arcade

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, including a Cuisinart coffeemaker, a Keurig, a crockpot, a blender, and an excellent selection of cookware, utensils, tableware, and serving dishes.

The spacious open floor plan and surrounding picture windows in the great room are the perfect place to relax and gather together. Enjoy your time with family and friends in luxury and comfort, thanks to the premium furnishings and entertainment options.

Getting a boost of fresh mountain air is as easy as stepping out onto the private deck. Our cabin is on over an acre of land, offering much more privacy than most cabins in a resort setting. With no neighbors on either side or behind you, the sense of peace and privacy is unmatched.

Take in picturesque views from nearly every room, sip your morning coffee from one of the rocking chairs, or relax in the hot tub.

Enjoy a campfire, s'mores, and hotdogs in the grill and fire pit area on those cool mountain evenings!

GUEST ACCESS

You will have private access to the entire cabin and all amenities.

We have private driveway parking for up to four vehicles (it will be tight with four vehicles, and one may have to park on the shoulder).

48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin!

Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests.

The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times.

We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Pet policy: In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed, and the policy is strictly enforced. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided

If more than 8 people are planning on staying, please note, the bunk beds can accommodate up to four and are for children only.

There is an outdoor security camera on the premises. This camera is for your protection. Any attempt to tamper with or disable the camera, including disconnecting the WiFi, will result in a $150.00 fine and you will likely be asked to leave.

A lot of love has gone into this cabin to make it feel like your very own home away from home. Please treat it that way.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Peace and Tranquility! Cross Over Chateaus is a brand new development with NO STEEP ROADS. Each property in this neighborhood has large oversized lots, offering superb privacy for a cabin in a resort setting.

GETTING AROUND

Traffic on the main Parkway of Pigeon Forge has become a major issue in the area. This cabin's prime location allows for easy backroad access via Veterans Parkway to Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge Strip. In addition, access to Gatlinburg via Hwy 416/454 (Pitman Center Rd/Birds Creek Rd), allows you to skip the heavy traffic to Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
