The apartment is located in the city center, next to the metro center, at the corner of Wspólna street and Marszałkowska street crossing. The windows are facing the west and the north. In the same block is the "Browar de Brazil" restaurant.
The flat size is 50 square meters. It consists of a large living room (double sofa inside) combined with a kitchen (with a kitchen island), a bedroom (with a double bed 160cm / 200cm), a hall and a bathroom.
The flat is freshly renovated in the "modern" style, including new furniture, induction hob, hood, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen equipment, hair dryer, iron, bed sheets and towels.
